I combine my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Buddhistic psychological principles and practices to help you identify and dissolve self-limiting thoughts and behaviors in order to live a more fulfilled, contented, and purposeful life. I have thirteen years of experience working with folks experiencing challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, identity dysphoria, and life-transitions. I have also been blessed to work with folks experiencing homelessness, addiction, and severe and persistent mental illness in shelters, outpatient treatment centers, transitional housing, and therapeutic homes, so there is little that scares or surprises me.
